为提升电动拖拉机动力分配装置的响应速度,提出一种将电动拖拉机电机的动力分流给车轮驱动和装备作业的新型动力分配装置。装置采用两个直动式电磁阀控制两个湿式多片离合器充放油实现动力的输出与中断从而实现动力分配,从结构设计上提升了动力分配装置的响应速度。通过理论分析与试验验证相结合的方法对装置开展研究,结果表明:在0.18 s时承压装置内的压力达到2 MPa,完全满足动力分配需求。同时,本文对单动力源多动力需求的动力分配装置设计提供一定思路。
Abstract:To enhance the response speed of the power distribution device for electric tractors, a novel power distribution device is proposed that diverts the power of the electric tractor's motor for both wheel drive and equipment operation. This device employs two direct-acting solenoid valves to control the oil filling and draining of two wet multi-plate clutches, thereby achieving power output and interruption and realizing power distribution. The structural design effectively improves the response speed of the power distribution device. A comprehensive study of the device is conducted through a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification. The results indicate that the pressure inside the pressure-bearing device reaches 2 MPa at 0.18 s, fully meeting the power distribution requirements. Meanwhile, this paper provides certain insights for the design of power distribution devices with a single power source and multiple power demands.
