深厚的和平文化底蕴成就了潍坊国际和平城市的历史地位，其当代价值和意义日益彰显，既提升了潍坊的国际形象，又以具体行动践行着人类命运共同体理念。文章借鉴创伤记忆转化、圈层传播等和平学理论，聚焦潍坊和平文化元素，挖掘其内涵与当代价值，提出潍坊和平文化的传播策略，为潍坊国际和平城市的深入发展提供借鉴，为世界和平发展贡献潍坊力量。

As one of the international peace cities,the connotation of Weifang's peace culture is rich and profound. To explore its contemporary value and significance is essential and practical. On one hand,it can enhance Weifang's international image; on the other hand it practices the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind through concrete actions. Based on theories of Peace Studies such as Traumatic Memory Transformation and Circle-Layer Communication,this paper takes the peace culture of Weifang as the research object,probes into its connotation and contemporary value,and proposes communication strategies for Weifang's peace culture. The aim is to provide references for the in-depth development of Weifang as an international peace city and contribute Weifang's strength to the world peace and development.
