随着世界经济结构的变革,我国物流企业的第三方利用率不断上升,企业需通过专业化物流服务来提升核心竞争力,而进出口企业已依托第三方物流服务水平取得显著成果。探究我国第三方物流企业的动态能力、企业资源和服务质量等能力对客户企业经营成果(运营效率性和财务成果)的影响关系,分析社会责任感的调节作用。研究以理论考察及先行研究为基础提出假设,采用结构化问卷调查法收集数据,以北京、上海、河南、广东、浙江等地使用第三方物流的企业为调查对象,共回收有效问卷200份,通过PLS结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果显示:第三方物流企业的动态能力越强、资源越丰富、服务质量越高,对客户企业的运营效率性和财务成果的正向影响越显著;社会责任感越强的第三方物流企业,其动态能力、资源和服务质量对客户企业经营成果的正向影响更突出。最后,基于研究结论提出相关建议。
