基于传统文化与乡村旅游产业发展的耦合机制，探究两大产业的深度融合路径，构建山东省传统文化产业与乡村旅游产业发展水平指标体系，运用熵值法确定两大产业发展水平指标权重，采用线性加权法计算综合评价值。山东省近10年传统文化与乡村旅游产业发展水平综合评价值分别实现增长，最终通过构建传统文化与乡村旅游产业耦合度模型及耦合协调度模型，测得二者阶段性耦合评价结果为0.85

Chinese modernization embodies the core tenet of "synergy between cultural heritage preservation and industrial innovation, " which serves as a fundamental guideline for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Drawing upon the coupling mechanism between traditional culture and rural tourism industry development, this paper explores pathways for their deep integration. It constructs an indicator system for the development levels of both traditional cultural industry and rural tourism industry in Shandong Province, employs the entropy method to determine the weights of these indicators, and utilizes the linear weighting method to calculate their comprehensive evaluation values. Over the past decade, the comprehensive evaluation values for the development levels of Shandong Province's traditional culture and rural tourism industries both demonstrated growth. Subsequently, by constructing coupling degree and coupling coordination degree models for these two industries, their phased coupling evaluation result was measured as 0.85 < C ≤ 1. The empirical analysis reveals a high degree of coupling between the development levels of traditional cultural resources and the rural tourism industry in Shandong Province.
